These Terms govern your use of Lourra, a client management, scheduling, and invoicing workspace for independent businesses.

Using Lourra

You are responsible for the information you add to your workspace, your account credentials, and confirming that you have the right to use any client, email, calendar, or billing information you connect. Use Lourra lawfully and do not use it to abuse, harass, deceive, or harm others.

Google integrations

Google Gmail and Calendar connections are optional. Lourra uses them only for actions you request, such as showing relevant messages, sending an email from your connected account, or creating a calendar event. Lourra does not use Google APIs for AI NCII (AI-generated Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery), sexual content, advertising, or unrelated services.

Payments and availability

Stripe processes payment checkout when you create a payment link. Lourra may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the service evolves. Nothing in Lourra replaces your own legal, tax, accounting, or professional judgment.
