Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 20, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Lourra, operated by the Lourra team, collects, accesses, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the Lourra client-workspace application at lourra.com.

Lourra helps independent businesses organize clients, conversations, calendar events, invoices, reminders, and related workspace information. You can use the public site without creating an account; account features require sign-in.

Information we use

Account and workspace information. When you create an account, Lourra receives your name, email address, username, authentication identifiers, and the workspace information you choose to add, including clients, client email addresses, notes, events, email-thread records, invoices, settings, and onboarding answers.

Google data. If you connect Google, Lourra requests only the permissions shown in the connection dialog: gmail.readonly to list recent Gmail messages and read limited message metadata/snippets for matching client conversations; gmail.send to send a message to a client when you explicitly use a Lourra email action; and calendar.events to create a Google Calendar event when you explicitly choose that action. Lourra does not request access to Google Drive, contacts, files, passwords, or unrelated Google services.

Payment information. When you create a payment link, Stripe processes checkout. Lourra receives payment status and checkout identifiers; Lourra does not receive or store full card numbers.

How we use it

We use information to authenticate you, provide the Lourra workspace, save and display your changes, match imported Gmail messages to clients, send messages you request, create calendar events you request, show invoice payment status, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and respond to support requests.

Lourra does not sell personal information, use Google user data for advertising, or use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. Lourra uses Google data only to provide the user-facing features described in this policy. Lourra does not use Google APIs for AI NCII (AI-generated Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery), sexual content, or any unrelated service.

Third-party services

Lourra uses Firebase Authentication and Firestore for account authentication and workspace storage; Google APIs for connected Gmail and Calendar actions; Stripe for payment checkout; and Cloudflare for hosting, delivery, and optional transactional email infrastructure. These providers process information only as needed to provide their service to Lourra. Lourra does not authorize these providers to use your Google data for their own advertising or model training.

Storage, security, and retention

Workspace records are stored in Firebase under your account and protected by account-level access rules. Google access tokens used for an authorized action are used for that action and are not displayed publicly. Lourra retains account and workspace information while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or meet legal obligations.

Your choices

You can disconnect Lourra from your Google Account permissions at Google Account permissions, stop using a connected integration, export your Lourra data from Settings, or delete your Lourra account from Settings. Account deletion removes the Lourra workspace records associated with your account. You can also contact us to request help with access, correction, or deletion.
